EverWatch is currently seeking a talented sourcer, recruiter and staffing individual to help support their Intelligence Community Sector.

This individual will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting from sourcing, prescreening, coordinating interviews and negotiation and extension of offers.

He or she will support a mix of prime and subcontract programs.  Duties may include staffing fuctions, such as assisting with resume templates and submittal process.

Other duties shall include but not be limited to:

Maintaining online employment records

Communication with Hiring Managers

Assist with handoff for onboarding

Proposal support

Attendance of Job Fairs

Marketing strategies

Preparation of weekly recruiting reports and monthly analytics

This position will be partial in the office and partial telecommute.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in the DOD/Intelligence Community
• Strong understanding of the MPO customer and security processing procedures
• Prior experience sourcing for clearances and technical positions, such as Cloud, High Performance Computing, DevOps, Full-stack Development
• Strong communication, follow-up and organizational skills
• Understanding of compliance and regulations

• Prior staffing experience
• Ability to multi-task competing priorities
• Knowledge of government contracts and rate structures
