Clearance: The majority of positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph.  Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

Leads all CM and Technical Writing efforts. Responsible for all Program configuration controlled artifacts to include hardware, software and documentation. Establishes the CMP, repository structure and CM processes. Manages system baselines, software builds and deployments for all legacy and modernized environments to include: development, test, and production systems. Knowledgeable in release planning, CI/CD, process development and implementation, HWCI, and Agile Methodology, Jira & Confluence, Gitlab & GitOps with ArgoCD, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, SharePoint, system documentation standards

-Eight (8) years experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6). Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

- If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required.
